1. Application of Terms

​By booking a job, accepting a quote, or requesting services from [Plumbing and More Ltd] ("we", "us"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Trade. These terms apply to all plumbing, gasfitting, drainlaying, maintenance and other (the ‘AND MORE’) services we provide.

2. Invoicing and Payment

​Payment Terms: Invoices are due for payment within [e.g., 7 days] of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

​Progress Payments: For larger projects, we reserve the right to invoice progressively as work is completed or materials are brought on-site.

3. Default and Consequences of Non-Payment

​If an invoice is not paid by the due date, we may take the following actions:

​Late Fees and Interest: Charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of [e.g., 2.5%] per month, compounding monthly, from the due date until paid in full.

​Collection Costs: Pass the debt to a third-party collection agency or legal representative. The Customer agrees to indemnify us for all costs incurred in recovering the debt, including debt collection agency commissions, administration fees, and legal costs.

​Suspension of Work: Suspend any further plumbing, gasfitting, or drainlaying work on-site until all outstanding balances are cleared.

​4. Ownership of Goods (Reservation of Title)

​Ownership of all parts, pipes, appliances, and materials supplied by us remains with [Plumbing and More Ltd] until the corresponding invoice is paid in full.

5. Access and Certification

​The Customer must provide clear, safe access to the property for our team to carry out work.

​Gasfitting and structural drainlaying compliance certificates will only be issued once full payment for the relevant work has been received.
